Joseph Webb (1998-2014)
Attorney at Law
Joseph, co-founder of The Webb Law Firm, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education in 1970. He attended St. Louis University's School of Law night program and earned his Juris Doctor in 1974. He is also a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Air Force.
Joseph practiced in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He dedicated his legal career to helping the injured and disabled.
Sarah Webb Elfrink
Attorney at Law, Financial Counselor, Teacher
Sarah is the daughter of Joseph Webb and co-founder of The Webb Law Firm. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1995 and her Master of Business Administration in 2006. In 2012 she graduated cum laude from St. Louis University's School of Law night program where she earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Employment Law. She was inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu, SLU's Jesuit Honor Society, which requires a lifetime commitment to public service.
Sarah's legal practice is focused on workers' compensation law.
Sarah is also a graduate of the Dave Ramsey Financial Counselor Training Program based in Nashville, Tennessee. She regularly coaches individuals, families and small businesses struggling with budgeting and other financial issues. She enjoys helping others set out their financial goals and create a plan to reach those goals. Her services range from creating a basic budget and tips for handling debt collectors to retirement and wealth management planning. Her financial counseling services are available at no charge to veterans, widows/widowers, and others in need. Free consultations are available to all others.
Sarah also teaches a variety of classes ranging from general legal education to small business best practices. Her classes have been offered at the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. Give us a call if you'd like to schedule a private class for your team or group.
Jourdan Broeker
Legal Assistant & Accounts Manager
Jourdan first joined The Webb Law Firm in January of 2016 serving as a part-time payroll clerk. In October of 2016 she joining the team full time, fulfilling the additional roles of account management and special projects. Jourdan is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and scheduling. She also assists Sarah daily with customer service and case management.
